That's fantastic service. Because of that, 10 months later, this was the inspector I called. The inspection itself lived up to the expectations set by that first experience. Thorough. Well-documented. Easy. Very useful. Money well spent. A fantastic start to our RV experiences."

"Hello S.H.,
I just wanted to let you know that the inspection went really well and helped us out emensely (sic). Robert Wilhelm was great to work with. He was able to show up before we were, and was waiting patiently for us by the time we got there (Thank you Chicago - we got lost in the city). His report went over all of the things that we had concerns about with repairs and gave us a few things to have Forest River Cedar Creek address. They were able to complete the repairs based on his suggestions and we were able to take possession of the RV again.
The inspection was a huge success for us, and we really appreciated his time and effort making this smoother for us!.....
.....We can't thank you enough for producing such a great certifying organization. I know this will help all RVers in the future, and look forward to recommending your inspectors to anyone in need.

"So glad I found Pro RVI! Rob Wilhelm is fantastic and seriously knows his stuff. I met him randomly on a Facebook RV group and was so glad when he agreed to inspect my pre-owned rig that I had just bought.
He not only gave me a full report with 20 pics and 89 points that he had inspected, but he also did a 2 hour lesson to show us everything we needed to know to get on the road. We listed a ton of questions for him and he answered every one, even walking us through where the valves were for the black tank (we would have never known there were 2 valves on opposite sides of the rig).
I would not feel comfortable driving or travelling with my new rig without having Rob inspect it. Best money I ever spent".

*It was discovered prior to the start of the inspection, that there was high voltage (136V) coming into his entire property's electrical system from the power company's transformer.
"Hi Rob.
I wanted to thank you for all of the hard work you did in nasty conditions on Wednesday. We are going through the report today with the owner. It is my opinion if we can get the entertainment system, seal issue around nose cone, nylon/plastic strip in kitchen slide, "stress crack", smoke detector, and worn rubber sweeps on slides corrected that we would have an RV in good condition.
Com Ed installed a new transformer on the pole at the street this morning. Sorry that was thrown at you.
Anyway, appreciate the job!"

"We were so lucky to find Rob and Professional RV Inspections! As first time RV buyers, my husband and I felt ill-equipped to judge a used travel trailer, so Rob's service was a godsend. He listened to our concerns, called immediately after his inspection to give us the short version, then emailed an incredibly detailed report the next day. This was well worth the money. We are now buying with confidence that we know the good and the bad on this travel trailer, and his report will provide us with a guideline of what to ask when we take it in to get it serviced the first time. "Rob was great! I was traveling out of state for business and could not see the brand new RV I was buying, so I hired him to inspect the unit. I am so glad I did! He found many issues and created a detailed report that the dealer used to make all the repairs. When I picked up the RV, the dealer remarked that Rob was too detailed and found every little defect. Thank you Rob for being so detailed and flexible with your time."

"We are the proud owners of a 2014 Keystone Laredo travel trailer. Even though it is only 3 years old, we asked Rob from Professional RV Inspections to perform an inspection on our travel trailer. Rob found several things that the manufacturer missed and other wear and tear items that we needed to address. Rob did a very thorough inspection of all aspects of our travel trailer. His attention to detail and his knowledge of the mechanical workings of RV's is really an asset. We were very pleased with the inspection and would highly recommend Rob to anyone that is looking to buy a used RV or just wants to improve their own RV."
